Tingyu Membership is an annual membership priced at CHF 360 per year.

The membership renews automatically every 12 months using the payment method saved with your subscription, unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer account. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal and any future recurring charges.

Your current paid membership remains active until the end of the membership year for which you have already paid. You will continue to receive and may use the included membership benefits until that date.

The annual membership fee is not refundable on a prorated basis if you cancel during an active membership year.

Cancellation does not affect benefits already provided or used during the current membership year.

If a renewal payment cannot be processed, Shopify may request that you update your payment information before the membership can be renewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law.
